Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) blocks/insulated panels
Expanded polystyrene, or EPS for short, is a lightweight, rigid, plastic foam insulation material produced from solid beads of
polystyrene. Expansion is achieved by virtue of small amounts of pentane gas impregnated into the polystyrene base material during
production. The gas expands under the action of heat, applied as steam, to form perfectly closed cells of EPS. These cells occupy
approximately 40 times the volume of the original polystyrene bead. The EPS beads are then moulded into appropriate shapes suited for
their application.

Our Insulated Panels are available in the following standard sizes and thickness.
Standard thickness of 50mm and above, standard width of 1200mm and lengths cut to order. This gives us the flexibility to produce to suit your requirements. In addition, our Insulated Panels can be retrofitted to existing buildings without the need to remove roof and sidewall cladding.
Polystyrene Shapes
Our polystyrene shapes are produced from a superior block in varying densities with a dimension of 6000x1220x500mm. This polystyrene block can be cut into sheets of various thickness and length but with a maximum width of 1200mm in the insulation of rooms for low temperature conservation.
We also manufacture roofing sheets which depending on your choice can be cladded with polystyrene to create an effective barrier from the sun’s radiation.Our roofing sheets are made of steel, chromadek, aluminium or its combination and utilize precision technology to produce roofing sheets to the most exacting and rigid standards for a variety of usage and climatic conditions.The roofing sheets come either in a plain or pre-painted form with superior corrugations, which allow water to flow down easily.
